1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cella (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Cella helps you store, organize, and classify documents and ask questions about them using on-device and, at your option, third-party cloud AI providers. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you add to the App ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the right to store and process it. Do not use the App for unlawful content or in violation of any third party's rights.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

If you configure a cloud AI provider, documents in the relevant vault are transmitted to that provider and processed under that provider's own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the App Store. Payments are handled by Apple, not by us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated classifications and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Keep your own backups of important documents.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
